“While the arrest was somewhat revealing, near its end, Loto actually came out carrying a knife in his mouth, and after that the therapist realized that he had been cut with a knife.”

Hyton said Luto received stitches and is expected to be completely recovered.

The officers arrested the second suspect nearby. Prosecutors did not agree to the charges against any of the suspects.
