Ukraine’s recent war: Trump plans to meet Putin next week, the report says

Donald Trump is planning to personally meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin early next week, according to the New York Times, who killed two people familiar with the plan.

Then the president plans to meet Putin and Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelinski, the newspaper said, adding that the plans have been revealed in a call with European leaders.

India accused the United States of “unjustified” and “unreasonable” threats after Donald Trump pledged to raise fees in the country of South Asia to buy Russian oil.

The US President said on Monday that India was benefiting from the reduced Russian crude while ignoring the ongoing war in Ukraine.
