She says that the Provincial Police of Quebec, the fire service, paramedical paramedics and representatives of the group managing the bridge were called to the scene.
Two minors were arrested around 9 a.m. and were able to face charges.
Last fall, a pair of environmental activists made the headlines to climb the bridge and force its closure during rush hour in what was described as a protest against the extraction of fossil fuels.
However, Marquis-Guy says there were no banners on Sunday or any other sign that climbers organized a demonstration.
